Guwahati, 04 September (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma ON Thursday extended greetings on the Foundation Day of the Assam State Film (Finance & Development) Corporation.

The Chief Minister said that since its inception, the corporation has played a vital role in promoting the film industry in Assam. He emphasized that it has provided a platform for the dreams, creativity and hard work of Assamese film artists, contributing immensely to the state’s social and cultural landscape.

Dr. Sarma also expressed deep gratitude to all those who have dedicated their efforts over the years to establish and strengthen this important institution. --------
