24 Sept (HS): Minister of State for Sports and Youth Welfare (Independent

Charge) Girish Chandra Yadav said on Wednesday that Siyaram, son of Sanehi,

resident of village Lakhmi Patti of Sadar Assembly constituency, had died due

to snake bite a few days ago. The Minister of State (Independent Charge)

visited Lakhmipatti village and met with the bereaved family members to express

his condolences. He also presented Ritu Yadav, the wife of Siyaram, who died

from snake bite, with an approval certificate for financial assistance of Rs 400,000

from the State Disaster Relief Fund. The Minister of State (Independent Charge)

also assured all possible help to the family of the deceased.

On

this occasion, outgoing Mandal President Rajkesar Pal, District Panchayat

member Shyambabu Yadav, Manish Srivastava and Sub-District Magistrate Sadar

Santveer Singh etc. were present.
