Lucknow, 31 Aug (HS): On Sunday morning, an explosion
occurred in a firecracker factory near Lucknow's Gudamba police station. An explosion has occurred at Lucknow's
fireworks factory, which killed four people and deatb toll is likely to rise
subsequently. The factory's walls were
blasted apart. A residence near the
facility was also completely destroyed.
Many persons are believed to have been hurt as a result of being buried
underneath it. Some individuals have
been rescued and sent to a hospital. Rescue efforts are still ongoing. Several
individuals were killed and numerous more were injured in the disaster,
according to reports. At the moment,
police have arrived to the scene after receiving information and have begun
rescue efforts. Administrative officers have also arrived. On this incident,
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed his condolences on the loss of
life in the incident. He has instructed the administrative officials to provide
better treatment to the injured. He has urged officials to ensure that
the injured receive timely hospital care and thorough treatment, while also
wishing them a rapid recovery. The Chief Minister directed the district
administration to be at the scene as soon as possible to begin relief and
rescue activities. A probe into the cause of the explosion is also planned.

Commissioner of Police Anindya Vikaram Singh verified the fatalities and
emphasized the continuing rescue attempts to free those trapped beneath the
fallen roof part. Emergency services have been dispatched on-site. A massive
blast at a firecracker factory situated within a household in Gudamba killed
