Nanded, 26 Aug (HS): The Indian Railway is being rejuvenated

under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Improving the transport facility opens the door for development,

said Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The Nanded-Mumbai Vande

Bharat Express will help connectivity between Marathwada and Mumbai, he said.

Fadnavis virtually flagged off the Nanded-Mumbai

Vande Bharat Express from Mantralaya on Tuesday.Minister of State for Public Health Meghna

Bordikar, Central Railway Managing Director Dharmaveer Meena, and other officers

were present.

Nanded to Mumbai, a distance of 610 km, will be covered

in 9 to 9.30 hours. The train is an extension of Mumbai-Jalna Vande Bharat Express

up to Nanded.
