Ghaziabad, 25 Aug (HS): Mussoorie police has taken action

against 23 people under Gangster Act in the case of Noida constable murder in

Nahal village. All these people are residents of Nahal village. To recall on May

25, constable Saurabh posted in Noida died of bullet injuries when he was

searching for a criminal in Nahal village. Police said that while police was

taking the criminal with them, villagers attacked the police team and shot the

constable dead. ACP Lipi Nagaich told on Monday that in connection with the

murder of a police constable in village Nahal under Police Station Mussoorie, a

case was registered at Police Station Mussoorie under sections 191(2)/ 191(3)/

190/131/ 125/ 121(2) / 132/ 109(1)/ 103(1)/ 61(2) /50/351(3) BNS and 7 CLA Act.

In which charge sheet was sent to the court against 23 accused involved in the

incident and 01 juvenile offender. Along with this, a case under 274/25 Section

2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters Act was registered against 23 people related to the

incident at Police Station Mussoorie. The accused include Qadir, Abdul Salam,

Abdul Khaliq, Mursaleem, Mushahid, Nannu, Danish, Imran, Mehtab, Abdul Rehman,

Haseen, Javed, Mursaleen, Inaam, Mehtab, Javed, Abid alias Bilori, Amir alias

Mir Hasan, Maharaj, Khursheed, Rahat, Sajid and Kamre Alam.
