Hojai (Assam), 25 August (HS): A tragic road accident claimed the life of a biker in Dubka, under Hojai district, on Sunday.

According to police, the mishap occurred on National Highway 36 when a speeding bike (AS-31D-9371) lost control and rammed into a stationary truck (AS-02CC-3279) parked along the roadside. The biker, identified as Bulbul Hussain of Burhi village in Dubka, killed on the spot.

Police personnel rushed to the site and later sent the body to the hospital for postmortem.--------
