In a significant political development, former Supreme Court judge B Sudershan Reddy was officially nominated as the Vice-Presidential candidate of the INDIA alliance today. The nomination filing, which took place in New Delhi, was marked by the presence of senior Congress leaders, including Congress president and Rajya Sabha Leader of the Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge, Congressional Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, and Lok Sabha Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi.
