Minister Yogi Adityanath paid emotional tribute to former Chief Minister of
Uttar Pradesh and former Governor of Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh, 'Padma
Vibhushan' awardee Kalyan Singh on his fourth death anniversary. In his message
on X, Chief Minister Yogi wrote, Humble tribute to former Governor of
Rajasthan, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, supreme Ram devotee, 'Padma
Vibhushan', revered Kalyan Singh 'Babuji' on his death anniversary! Revered
'Babuji' always remained firm on his values, ideals with extraordinary
personality. With his administrative efficiency, he gave a new direction to the
politics of the country and the state. Millions of salutes to his sacred
memories!
Kalyan Singh was one of the great heroes of the
Ram Mandir movement: Kalyan Singh, fondly called 'Babuji', was not only an
efficient administrator but also one of the great heroes of the Ram Mandir
movement. He played an important role in giving impetus to the Ram Mandir
movement. Born on 5 January 1932 in Madhauli village of Aligarh, Kalyan Singh
started his political journey in 1967 by becoming an MLA from Atrauli. He was
the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh twice and later also served as the Governor
of Rajasthan. He will always be remembered for his contribution to Indian
politics and the social and administrative reforms he carried out in Uttar
Pradesh as Chief Minister. Apart from CM Yogi, all the senior BJP leaders of
the country and the state are remembering the former Chief Minister through
social media and paying tribute to him.
'Hindu Gaurav Diwas' program to be organized in
Aligarh: On the occasion of his death anniversary, a grand tribute meeting is
being organized in Aligarh today as 'Hindu Gaurav Diwas'. Many dignitaries
including Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan,
Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak will attend the
program. The event will be a platform to remember the contribution of Kalyan
Singh and carry forward his ideals.
