(HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Monday before the start
of the monsoon session that the UP Legislative Assembly has achieved many
achievements in the last eight years. It has worked to move forward by
discussing issues related to the public. We have arrived here to attend the
monsoon session with an important agenda to fulfill the aspirations of 25 crore
population.
The government will answer all the questions related to the public
of the members. Apart from this, the work done by the government in the field
of education and health in eight years will also be discussed. Yogi Adityanath
said that the Legislative Assembly of UP is the largest legislature in the
country. The discussions that take place here on issues related to the public
and development are seen as an example in the country. The Chief Minister said
that with the inspiration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Uttar Pradesh
government is moving forward with the vision of 'Developed UP' to realize the
resolution of self-reliant India and developed India. This vision has been
prepared with the cooperation of NITI Aayog and experts, in which participation
of every section of the society will be ensured. He said that on the upcoming August
13 and 14, this vision will be discussed in the House for 24 hours
continuously. The Chief Minister said that all the leaders have agreed on this
in the all-party meeting. He stressed that this discussion will not only take
place in the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council, but the opinion of
the general public will also be included in this vision document. He said with
confidence that by 2047, when India will become a developed nation, Uttar
Pradesh will also be ready as 'Developed Uttar Pradesh'. He said that we will
welcome all the proposals that will come for discussion in the House. We are
committed to the interests of the youth, development of UP and fulfilling the
aspirations of the public. The public itself will answer those who create
unnecessary disruptions.
Special focus will
be on flood, health and education: The Chief Minister said that seasonal issues
like flood and waterlogging will be discussed in the monsoon session. Apart
from this, there will be in-depth discussion on topics related to health,
education, infrastructure, poor welfare and upliftment of all sections.
Referring to the achievements of the government in the last eight and a half
years, he said that Uttar Pradesh has received praise at the national and
international level in the field of development.
Chief Minister
targeted the opposition: Chief Minister Yogi targeted the opposition, especially
the Samajwadi Party, saying that their agenda is focused on negativity rather
than development. He said that earlier when we had extended the proceedings for
36 hours, even then the SP opposed it and used unparliamentary words, for which
they are already notorious. He appealed to the opposition to participate in
positive and development-oriented discussions.
The proceedings of
the UP Legislature are an example for the country: The Chief Minister described
the UP Legislature as the largest legislature in the country and said that the
discussions held here become an example for the entire country. He said that in
the last eight and a half years, the UP Legislature has achieved many
achievements and has held meaningful discussions on issues of public interest.
This time too, we have attended the session with an important agenda to fulfill
the aspirations of a population of 25 crores.

welcomed all the members: Chief Minister heartily welcomed all the Vidhan Sabha
and Vidhan Parishad members from across the state and gave his best wishes for
the success of the session. He said that this session will be an important step
towards the development and prosperity of Uttar Pradesh.
