10 Aug (HS): A one-day program on Transforming India through

Agriculture was organized on Sunday at Shiv Marriage Lawn located in

Hatheda village of Halia development block under the joint aegis of Dhanuka

Agritech Limited and Girijapur Seva Samiti. The program was inaugurated by BJP

National General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Arun Singh and Dhanuka Agritech

Limited Chairman Dr. R.G. Agarwal by lighting the lamp.

Addressing

the farmers in the program, Dr. Agarwal said that chemical fertilizers should

be used only after testing the soil. Farmers should use good quality seeds and

quality weedicides and must check the QR code to avoid fake fertilizers. Agricultural

scientist Dr. B.K. Mishra of BHU Barkachha gave detailed technical information

related to agriculture.

Chief

guest Arun Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not bow down to

any global pressure in the interest of farmers. Despite the pressure from

America to increase tariffs, the Prime Minister has made it clear that the

interests of farmers will not be compromised. He said that America's aim is to

export cheap wheat and milk powder to India, but this will affect the

livelihood of crores of animal husbandry farmers of the country. Under the

leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Modi, no one

can stop India from becoming Vishwa Guru.

The

program was conducted by Rakesh alias Jitendra Bahadur Singh. On this occasion,

Madihaan MLA Ramashankar Patel, MLC Vineet Singh, District Cooperative Bank

Chairman, Deputy Director Agriculture Vikesh Patel, MP representative Dhananjay

Pandey, Sudhir Singh, Shyam Bahadur Singh, former SC/ST Vice President Maniram

Kol, BJP District Vice President Vipul Singh along with a large number of

farmers and public representatives were present.
