Kolkata, 1 August (H.S.): Trinamool Congress (TMC) National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee is set to begin a series of organisational meetings from Monday to strengthen the party’s presence in North Bengal. These meetings will be held at his Camac Street office in Kolkata and will involve district-level leaders and coordinators.

According to party sources, the first round of discussions will begin on Monday, August 4. It will focus on the districts of Alipurduar and Cooch Behar. On Wednesday, August 6, attention will shift to Jalpaiguri and Malda. The final meeting in this series is scheduled for August 11, with the agenda centred on Uttar Dinajpur.

In addition to the in-person meetings, Abhishek Banerjee will also hold a virtual session on August 8, where he will connect with party leaders from all districts of both North and South Bengal.
