New Delhi, July 9 (HS): Arvind Kejriwal, former Chief Minister of Delhi, is contesting a trial court summons order in the High Court, prompting the Delhi High Court to notify the ED on Wednesday. Justice Ravinder Dudeja has scheduled the case's next hearing for September 10. The ED filed two complaints due to Kejriwal's non-appearance for questioning linked to his arrest.

On February 7, the Rouse Avenue Court acknowledged the ED's initial complaint, ordering Kejriwal to appear. In the Delhi excise scam, AAP MP Sanjay Singh was arrested on October 4, 2024, while Manish Sisodia was arrested from Tihar Jail on March 9, 2023, after earlier detention by the CBI. Bail has been granted to all accused.
