Guwahati, 4 July (HS): The youth missing from Assam State Zoo has been identified. The youth has been identified as Bulk Mor Bothmit, a resident of Hathidonga area of Rengro side of Meghalaya.

It was told that this 22-year-old youth entered the zoo at 2:56 pm on Thursday, but after that nothing has been found of him. A joint team of police and forest department is continuing the operation to search for him.

The police have recovered a bag during the search operation, in which some documents have also been found. The youth's family has lodged an FIR in the police station regarding his disappearance.

According to sources, the youth had also enrolled in a coaching institute in Guwahati a month ago.
