Goswami Tulsidas ji Maharaj, today, at Rajapur in Chitrakoot district, I
participated in the Sri Tulsi Janmotsav-2025 organized in the holy presence of
'Padma Vibhushit' Jagadguru Tulsipeethadhiswar Ramanandacharya Swami Shri
Rambhadracharya ji Maharaj and famous storyteller revered Morari Bapu ji. On this
occasion, experts of Shri Ram Katha were also honored with Ratnavali, Tulsi,
Vyas and Valmiki Awards for their services towards Sanatan Dharma. Hearty
congratulations to all the revered saints, religious leaders and devotees who
attended the event!” mentioned Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in his post on X.
On the auspicious
occasion of Goswami Tulsidas's birth anniversary, Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath participated in the Tulsi Janam Jayanti Mahotsav organized in
Chitrakoot on Thursday. The Chief Minister first reached Tulsi Kutir and duly
performed the Puja. After this, he visited the Manas temple and completed the
Puja. This visit of the Chief Minister became a center of faith, devotion and
cultural pride. Darshan of handwritten form of Ramcharitmanas: CM Yogi had
darshan of handwritten Ramcharitmanas penned by Goswami Tulsidas located in the
Manas Mandir premises. During this, the devotees present in the temple chanted
“Jai Shri Ram”, due to which the entire atmosphere became devotional.
Participation in
Saint Morari Bapu's Katha: The Chief Minister attended the Katha Sthal and also
participated in Saint Morari Bapu's Ram Katha. A large number of devotees were
present on this occasion. As soon as the Chief Minister arrived, security
arrangements were further strengthened at the venue. He also participated in
education and agriculture programs: Chief Minister Yogi participated in a
special program organized at Parmanand Ashram Paddhati Vidyalaya at 12:35 pm,
where he interacted with the students. He reached Krishi Vigyan Kendra at 1 pm
and inspected the projects there. After this, he left for Lucknow at 1:35 pm.
Tight security,
opposition leaders under house arrest: In view of CM Yogi's program, the
administration made tight security arrangements. Many opposition leaders
including former SP district president Anuj Yadav, Bhim Army's Sanjay Gautam,
social worker Meera Bharti were put under house arrest. Anuj Yadav was made to
sit in the police station; he alleged that the government is suppressing the
voice of opposition.
An atmosphere of
faith and devotion: With the arrival of the Chief Minister, an atmosphere of
faith and devotion was seen in Chitrakoot. A huge crowd of devotees gathered
during the worship at Manas Mandir and Tulsi Kutir. The organizing committee
and the local administration warmly welcomed the Chief Minister. Along with
this, the ministers present in the program also paid tribute to Tulsidas ji.
