New Delhi, 31 July (H.S.): The Bharat Gaurav Ratna Shri Samman Ceremony took place today at The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi, organized by the Bharat Gaurav Ratna Shri Samman Parishad. The event celebrated over 100 grassroots changemakers from diverse sectors who made significant contributions to social service, cultural preservation, women empowerment, and nation-building.
Prominent figures like Prof. Jagdish Mukhi and actress Nushrratt Bharuccha honored the awardees for their dedicated efforts toward a better India. Additionally, diplomatic representatives from over 10 countries attended, including ambassadors, high commissioners, and officials from Uruguay, Venezuela, Iraq, Rwanda, the Maldives, and Timor-Leste, among others, enhancing the event's international stature. Dr. Tapan Kumar Rautaray emphasized the need to recognize selfless heroes of society during his speech.
The event also featured a symposium focused on cultural harmony and inclusive development, showcasing insights from various thought leaders and social workers across India.
