03 July (HS): The meeting of the cabinet ministers of the Yogi government will

be held today. Many important proposals can be approved in this important

meeting. A cabinet meeting will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In this, important proposals of many

departments will be approved, including giving the facility of building a shop

along with the house to the people in the urban area. A proposal has been

prepared to amend the building development bye-laws to provide the facility of

building a shop along with the house, which will be approved by the cabinet.

Not only this, commercial use will also be provided in the basement. However,

the final decision on this will be taken after the suggestions of the ministers

in the cabinet meeting. In the proposed building development bye-laws, there is

a provision to provide the facility of shop construction on a plot of 90 meters

and to give a minimum relaxation of 9 to 10 meters in the width of the road, to

provide commercial use on a 12 meter wide road and to provide additional

facility for parking. Apart from this, the Lucknow Development Authority will

be authorized to run JPNIC in the cabinet. Enabling Lucknow Development Authority

to get it operated via PPP.
