New Delhi, July 21 (H.S.): Today, the global market is sending mixed signals. American markets closed with mixed results, while Dow Jones futures show a slight gain. The previous session's pressure resulted in varied outcomes for Wall Street’s indices, with the S&P 500 registering a marginal gain of 0.01 percent at 6,296.79 points and the Nasdaq rising by 0.05 percent to 20,895.66 points.

Dow Jones futures are up by 0.06 percent at 44,369.36 points. In Europe, mixed trading persisted with the FTSE increasing by 0.22 percent to 8,992.12 points, the CAC edging up by 0.01 percent to 7,822.67 points, and the DAX declining by 0.34 percent to 24,289.51 points. The Asian markets also exhibit mixed results today; of 9 markets, 5 indices are in green while 3 are in red, with the Tokyo Stock Exchange closed for a holiday.

The GIFT Nifty has fallen by 0.42 percent to 24,929 points, the Taiwan Weighted Index decreased by 0.21 percent to 23,334.55 points, and the SET Composite Index dropped by 0.13 percent to 1,205.05 points. Conversely, the Straits Times Index rose by 0.42 percent to 4,206.93 points, the Hang Seng Index increased by 0.31 percent to 24,903.37 points, and the KOSPI ascended by 0.54 percent to 3,205.17 points.
