Varanasi,
17 July (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Varanasi
on Thursday evening on a two-day visit. First of all, he held a review meeting
of development works in the Chandauli Collectorate auditorium. After this, the
Chief Minister landed by helicopter at the temporary helipad located at
Varanasi Police Line, where he was welcomed by public representatives, state
ministers, BJP officials and senior administrative officials.
The
Chief Minister left for the Circuit House from the Police Line amid tight security,
where he will hold a review meeting with public representatives and
administrative officials. The Chief Minister will review the events and
preparations to be held in the month of Shravan. After the meeting, the Chief
Minister will also conduct a field inspection of various development projects.
After this, he will visit Baba Kalbhairav and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and
review the arrangements made for Kanwariyas and Shiva devotees in the month of
Shravan.

Yogi may also visit the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies located in
Sarnath. He will return to the Circuit House late in the evening for night
rest. The Chief Minister will leave Varanasi after attending the scheduled
programs on Friday.
