Mumbai, 16 July (HS): Maharashtra’s Cultural Affairs
Minister Ashish Shelar announced that Mumbai’s Ravindra Natyagruha will be
available at a 25 percent concessional rate for Sangeet Natak (Musical Drama).
Shelar was speaking while releasing a book, ‘Koham
Soham’, a collection of life and experiences of senior stage singer and actor
Arvind Pilgaonkar, edited by Tapasya Neve. Renowned actress Nayna Apte, singer
Ajit Kadkade, Dinesh Pilgaonkar, Ramdas Bhatkal, and others were present.
Shelar said that the book unveils the history of musical
drama, classical and semi-classical music, and also the cultural events in
Maharashtra. It is a reference book for the young generations.
