New Delhi, July 15(HS): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a manager and two clerks linked to the Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) Gidhi-A Colliery Project in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, for allegedly accepting bribes to aid coal extractors. The arrests followed a surprise inspection by the CBI on March 6. The investigation uncovered their illegal assistance to multiple coal extractors for personal gain. The arrested individuals include Ayodhya Karamali (manager), Mukesh Kumar (clerk), Prakash Mahli (clerk), and Vijay Kumar Singh. The CBI continues to investigate, exploring the potential involvement of additional unidentified individuals.
