Prayagraj,

10 July (HS): Brig Swarn Singh, VSM, Deputy Director General Recruiting

(States), Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Lucknow, visited the Online Common

Entrance Examination (CEE) Centres in Ayodhya on the final day of the Agniveer

online examination phase. His visit underlines the Indian Army’s unwavering

commitment to a transparent, efficient, and aspirant-focused recruitment

process.

The

Online CEE, introduced by the Indian Army two years ago, is a major initiative

aimed at modernizing recruitment by eliminating malpractices and ensuring a

fair and level playing field for all candidates. This first phase of the

recruitment process was conducted under strict supervision, adhering to

established protocols and technical standards, ensuring maximum integrity and

inclusion.

During

the visit, Brig Swarn Singh assessed the smooth functioning of the examination

infrastructure and interacted with candidates appearing for the test. He

encouraged them to perform to the best of their abilities and assured them of

the Army's commitment to fairness and merit-based selection. His interactions

provided valuable insight into candidate experiences and reaffirmed the Army’s

focus on continuous enhancement of recruitment mechanisms. Army Recruiting

Offices (AROs) remains fully committed to ensuring that the entire recruitment

cycle—right from online exams to final enrolment—culminates with the same

spirit of fairness, diligence, and integrity.

With

the conclusion of the Online CEE in Ayodhya and across various centres,

candidate results will now be securely compiled and digitally stored to prepare

the merit list for the next phase - Rally Recruitment. This seamless data

integration ensures precision and transparency as the selection process

advances. This visit marks another milestone in the Indian Army’s mission to

provide aspiring youth with an equitable opportunity to serve the nation,

backed by robust systems and modernized practices tailored to the evolving

demands of military recruitment.
