9 July (HS): On the 74th birthday of Defence Minister and Lucknow MP Rajnath
Singh, the traders of the capital cleaned various places in the city on
Thursday. Mayor Sushma Kharkwal also participated with the traders in cleaning
the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the GPO Park located in the Hazratganj area ofthe
city. The Mayor washed the statue of Mahatma Gandhi with water and cleaned the
park by sweeping it.
Many
business leaders including Ashok Motiani, Anil Bajaj, Suresh Chhablani attended
the drive at GPO park. On this occasion, Suresh Chhablani, President of
Nazirabad Vyapar Mandal said that on the birthday of Defense Minister Rajnath
Singh, all of us business brothers celebrated and launched a cleanliness
campaign in the city early in the morning. Bhandara and cake cutting programs
have also been organized by the traders in the city. Our best wishes are that
the Defense Minister of the country and Lucknow's popular MP Rajnath's life
increases even more, so that the business community can continue to get his
guidance.
Prayers
were offered for the better health of the Defense Minister in the Madrasa: On
the occasion of the birthday of Lucknow MP and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh,
sweets were distributed to the children in Madrasa Abdul Hai Balaganj and
prayers were offered for his long life and good health.
