Nagpur, 09 June

(HS): At least five passengers who had boarded the Mumbai-Lucknow Pushpak

Express fell from the train and died on Monday morning near Kopar Railway

Station in Dombivli. In the overloaded train, the passengers were travelling

near the train’s door. Although the details are not available about the

accident, preliminary information reveals the death of five passengers.

The travellers

were hanging near the entrance to the train when more than five fell onto a

track. Five of them in a critical condition were rushed to a hospital in Kalva,

where the doctors pronounced them dead.

The Central

Railway authorities have not issued any official statement. The accident

occurred around 9 am. Videos of the accident are being circulated on social

media. The deceased were said ti be between 30 and 35 years of age.
