A youth has been arrested from Ecopark premises for making fake documents for Bangladeshi infiltrators. According to police sources, the whereabouts of the accused were revealed after interrogating three infiltrators caught from Panihati. The arrested youth is Mohammad Ziauddin Mandal, a resident of Ghuni Panchayat under Ecopark police station. He has been arrested by the police of Rahara police station.

According to sources, he was produced in the Barrackpore court on Sunday. Earlier, the police of Rahara police station had arrested three Bangladeshi infiltrators. After interrogating them, it was found that Ziauddin used to make fake identity cards for infiltrators in exchange for money. It is being investigated whether the arrested people have any connection with him in the passport case or not. It is also being investigated who else is involved in the gang making fake identity cards. Investigators are also looking into whether any person from the administration is involved in this or not.
