Kotwali area, after a dispute during a liquor party, the body of a young man
was found lying outside a farm house under suspicious circumstances, creating a
stir. The family members of the deceased alleged that the young man was
murdered and thrown from the roof. The police have sent the body for
post-mortem and started investigating the case. Veeru, a resident of Kurecha
Naka of Mauranipur, had gone to a farm house located in front of Agrasen
Mahavidyalaya last night on the invitation of some acquaintances to attend a
liquor party. During this, an argument took place in the party over something.
The family members allege that Veeru was beaten up during the argument and then
he was thrown down from the roof of the farm house.
After the incident, Veeru's body
was found lying outside the farm house on Sunday morning. The family was
informed about this. When the family reached the spot, they panicked after
seeing Veeru's body and started wailing. As soon as the information was
received, the police reached the spot, took the body in their custody and sent
it for postmortem. In this case, the deceased's nephew Aditya Rai gave an
application to the Kotwali in-charge and told that some people had taken his
uncle Veeru with them at night. Veeru was killed after a fight during a dispute
during a liquor party at the farm house. The family has demanded immediate
legal action from the police. However, the police say that the cause of death
will be known clearly only after the postmortem report comes. Also, the case
will be investigated and strict action will be taken against the culprits.
