Delhi, 7 June (H.S.): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against five individuals, including Khalistani terrorist Goldy Brar, in connection with the 2024 bomb attacks at two clubs in Gurugram. The defendants—Goldy Brar, Sachin Taliyan, Ankit, Bhawish, and Randeep Malik—face various charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Arms Act, Explosives Substance Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
While Brar and Malik remain at large, the others have been arrested. The NIA alleges that the accused plotted to target the Warehouse Club and Human Club as part of a broader conspiracy by Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) to incite communal discord and violence in Haryana.
The attack occurred on December 10, 2024, and investigations revealed that Goldy Brar orchestrated this deep-rooted terror conspiracy. The group is also linked to money extortion, terror funding, and promoting violence to undermine national security.
