Greater Noida, June 5 (H.S.): In the first semi-final of the Intercontinental Legends Championship at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex, Trans Titans triumphed over American Strikers by 7 runs, securing a place in the finals. The American Strikers, who opted to bowl after winning the toss, faced a formidable Titans batting display, accumulating 239 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs.
Titans' captain Rishi Dhawan excelled with 90 runs off 40 balls, supported by Jesse Ryder (31) and later Sumit Verma (44) and Naman Sharma (48). In their chase, the American Strikers reached 232 runs for 7 wickets, despite contributions from Shoaib Khan (42), Ayaan Khan (38), Pradeep Sangwan (35), and Ishaan Malhotra (38).
