Bhubaneswar, 5 June (H.S.) : Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan paid homage to Madhavrao Sadashivrao Golwalkar, fondly known as ‘Guruji’, on his death anniversary. Guruji was the second Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and a revered thinker who played a key role in shaping the ideological foundation of the Sangh.

Taking to social media platform X, Minister Pradhan wrote, “On the death anniversary of Param Pujya Madhavrao Sadashivrao Golwalkar ‘Guruji’, the second Sarsanghchalak of the RSS and a great thinker, I offer my heartfelt tributes. Guruji was a powerful proponent of Indian philosophy, culture, and national integration. His life was a unique example of dedication, sacrifice, and spiritual pursuit.”

He further emphasized Guruji’s belief that India is not merely a geographical entity, but a vibrant cultural nation whose soul resides in Sanatan Dharma and its core values. “His life, devoted to the ideals of Rashtra Dharma (national duty), social harmony, and cultural pride, continues to inspire us all,” the Minister added.
