Ayodhya,
04 June (HS): Errol Musk, Elon Musk's father, visited the Ram temple in Ayodhya
on Wednesday afternoon and characterized the experience as beautiful and one of
the greatest he has ever had. Errol also visited the adjacent Hanumangarhi
temple. He was supposed to visit the Taj
Mahal in Agra as well, but that plan may be scrapped owing to the high heat in
the region. It's fantastic (the visit to Ayodhya). It's one of the greatest things I've ever
done.
I'm
so pleased I came to see it, and I can't wait for the huge temple to be
finished; it'll be like a wonder of the world, Errol said.
Separately,
he told reporters after touring both temples, My experience here in India
has been wonderful. I'm in India to
begin working with Servotech and look forward to spending a lot of time there. The
temples and the people are magnificent.
Errol
arrived at Ayodhya airport at 2.30 p.m., accompanied by his daughter Alexandra
Musk, and departed around 4 p.m. He was
dressed in kurta-pyjamas during his visit to the Ram temple. During the visit
to the shrine, security was on high alert. A three-layered high-level security
cover is already in place in Ayodhya, including the continuous deployment of
high-tech anti-drone devices capable of detecting and neutralizing unauthorized
airborne activity, according to a police official.
He
noted that security measures in and around the temple include CCTV
surveillance, frequent visitor checks, and the deployment of professionally
trained people. However, no additional
security protection would be provided for this visit because the current
measures are enough, he stated.
Errol,
Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd's Global Advisor, started his journey to
India on June 1 and would stay till June 6, according to a spokeswoman for the
Haryana-based firm. His visit is only intended to accelerate India's developing
green technology and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure development,
according to the business. Servotech's managing director, Raman Bhatia, is also
scheduled to attend the Ram temple on Wednesday.
