02 June (HS): Prof. Pratibha Goyal, Vice Chancellor of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia

University, Ayodhya, resigned without giving any reason, which was readily

accepted by the Governor of Uttar Pradesh Anandiben Patel. After this, the

Governor has given the charge of Vice Chancellor of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia

University to Dr. Vijendra Singh, Vice Chancellor of Acharya Narendra Dev

Agriculture and Technology University. Dr. Vijendra Singh has been given the

charge of Vice Chancellor for six months or till further orders for the post of

Vice Chancellor are received.
