Mumbai,
03 June (HS): The last date for registration for admission to Standard XI has
been extended from June 3 to June 5 up to 2 p.m. Minor changes in the admission schedule have been carried out. The registration dates were from May 26 to June 3, which has been extended to June 5. The changes have been made to complete the in-house quota admissions, Education Officer (Secondary) Dr
Shriram Panzade has informed.
Under
the In-House Quota, 10 percent of seats are reserved in private schools and colleges. In societies having more than one school, junior colleges and senior colleges will be considered a single unit for admission purposes. If such institutions are in different districts, they will not be considered a
single unit.

More
than 10.85 lakh students have enrolled for admission till the evening of June
2. The division-wise registration is Pune – 1,87,925, Mumbai – 2,65,900,
Kolhapur – 1,07,012, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar – 1,00,040, Nashik – 1,12,108,
Nagpur – 95,210, Amravati – 98,359, Latur – 58,586, and others – 61,712.
