Bhubaneswar, 2 June (H.S.): In a daring daylight robbery, unidentified miscreants snatched a bag containing Rs 4 lakh from a man near Ramji Square in Patnagarh on Monday. The victim was reportedly returning home after withdrawing the cash from a bank when the incident took place.

According to preliminary reports, two individuals on a motorcycle intercepted the man near Ramji Square and forcibly took the bag containing the cash before fleeing the scene.

Following the incident, the victim lodged a complaint with the local police. A search operation has been launched to trace and apprehend the suspects. Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage and collecting additional evidence to aid in the investigation.
