Dibrugarh/Dhemaji (Assam), 2 June (HS): FnES and SDRF teams in Assam are engaged in helping not only people but also animals. Along with providing relief to the needy across the state, these teams are also setting an example of animal service.

A dog was successfully rescued on the information of a citizen in Sadashiv Path area of Dibrugarh. At the same time, a horse was safely rescued from Sonarighat area of Silapathar in Dhemaji district.

The administration has appreciated these quick and sensitive efforts and urged the general public to immediately share information about any emergency, so that timely assistance can be provided.---------------
