Bangalore, 02 June (H.S.) : A case has been registered at Cubbon Park police station in Bengaluru against the pub 'The One 8 Commune' owned by Team India and RCB cricketer Virat Kohli.

The police have registered a case under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Control) Act, on the basis of allegations that smoking was allowed without a separate smoking area.

An NCR was registered in the raid on May 29, and then an FIR was registered with the permission of the court.

Earlier, a case was registered in July 2024 in connection with the pub running beyond its time limit. In December 2024, the BBMP had issued a notice for not having a fire safety certificate.
