Bhubaneswar, 19 June (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi extended heartfelt thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for presenting a traditional Pattachitra painting to the President of Croatia, H.E. Zoran Milanović.

In a social media post, the Chief Minister highlighted the significance of the gesture, stating that Prime Minister Modi has once again brought global recognition to Odisha’s rich cultural and spiritual legacy. “This symbolic offering reaffirms our pride in Odia Asmita and elevates the timeless legacy of the Jagannath tradition on the global stage,” he said.

Majhi further noted that such international appreciation not only celebrates Odisha’s artistic excellence but also inspires thousands of artisans across the state. “It strengthens Odisha’s cultural identity and encourages the world to embrace the artistic and spiritual wealth of our land,” he added.
