New Delhi, June 14(HS): The National Testing Agency (NTA) released results for the NEET UG 2025 on Saturday. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan secured the top all-India rank, with the exam held on May 4 at 5,468 centers across 552 Indian cities and 14 international locations. A total of 22,09,318 candidates participated, with over 12.36 lakh qualifying. This includes 5,14,063 males, 7,22,462 females, and 6 from the third gender. Mahesh scored 99.99%, followed by Utkarsh Avadhia from Madhya Pradesh and Krishang Joshi from Maharashtra in second and third place, respectively. Mrinal Kishore Jha from Delhi is in fourth, and the top 10 ranks were predominantly from general category students in Delhi, Gujarat, Punjab, and Maharashtra. The female topper, Avika Agarwal from Delhi, ranks fifth. Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of qualified candidates, followed by Maharashtra and Rajasthan. Female registration increased significantly, with OBC candidates leading in total registrations.
