Morigaon (Assam), 14 June (HS): People caught a thief stealing a bike in front of the Saturday market in Morigaon town and handed him over to the police. The bike thief was trying to break the lock of the bike of a businessman named Raghu Das, when the local people caught him.

When the thief was caught stealing a bike, people first beat him up badly and then informed the police about it. As soon as the information was received, Morigaon police reached the spot and arrested him. The arrested bike thief has been identified as Manik Ali, a resident of Silangani under Nagon district. The police have registered an FIR in this regard and started further action.----------------
