Pune, 11 June (HS): The National Eligibility Test

(NET) schedule has been changed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the

University Grants Commission. The NET will now be held from June 25 to 29.

Earlier the test was scheduled for June 21 to 30.

Clearing NET is mandatory to apply for the post of

Assistant Professor and entry to the PhD program. The Computer-Based Test will be conducted in

85 different subjects. Information about the examination centres will be

announced at least 10 days in advance.
