New Delhi, June 11(HS): Positive market signals are emerging globally, with American markets showing strength in the previous session, though Dow Jones futures indicate a slight decline today. European markets experienced mixed results, while Asian markets generally display a buying trend. In the U.S., Wall Street indices closed higher, with the S&P 500 up by 0.55 percent at 6,038.81 points and the Nasdaq rising by 0.63 percent to 19,714.99 points. However, Dow Jones futures are currently down by 0.20 percent at 42,779.46 points.

In Europe, the FTSE index increased by 0.23 percent to 8,853.08 points, and the CAC index grew by 0.16 percent to 7,804.33 points. Conversely, the DAX index fell by 186.76 points, or 0.78 percent, ending at 23,987.56 points.

Asian markets show overall buying momentum, with seven out of nine indices trading positively. The Jakarta Composite index is down by 0.54 percent at 7,192.05 points, and the Straits Times index decreased by 0.51 percent to 3,913.79 points. However, the GIFT Nifty is up by 0.12 percent at 25,175 points, and the SET Composite index has risen by 0.20 percent to 1,141.48 points. The Hang Seng index has surged by 0.97 percent to 24,397.26 points, while other indices like Taiwan Weighted and KOSPI also report gains.
