Standard XI centralised admissions rescheduled for fifth time

Mumbai, 10 June (HS): The schedule for admission to

Standard XI has been changed for the fifth time. The Centralised Admission

process was adopted for the first time across Maharashtra. The technical

problems in the system started on the first day of registration, and still continue

compelling the authorities to re-schedule the dates. As per the new schedule, the Junior college-wise allotment of the enrolled students will be announced on

June 26.

The quota admissions will be carried out from June

12 to 14, and the first round of admissions will begin on June 27. Technical

glitches were experienced on the first day and also on the last day of completing

the basic formalities. The students and their parents are facing problems due

to continuous changes in the schedule.

Following the publication of list on June 26, the

documents will be verified for the confirmed admissions between June 27 and

July 3, following which the second list of vacant seats will be published on

July 5.
