PM Modi Hails Union Budget as a Game Changing Boost for India's Development

New Delhi, 10 June (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet an all-party delegation today at 7 PM at his residence as part of Operation Sindoor outreach. The delegations, which toured the world to explain Operation Sindoor, have returned home. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju's office has notified the members about the meeting.

Seven delegations, consisting of 59 lawmakers and former diplomats, visited 33 countries, including the European Union, to address India's stance on Pakistan's promotion of terrorism and the new approach to tackling cross-border terror post-Operation Sindoor. Each group, 8-9 members strong, was led by prominent leaders from various parties.

Delegation leaders include Shashi Tharoor (Congress), Ravi Shankar Prasad (BJP), Sanjay Jha (Janata Dal), Kanimozhi Karunanidhi (DMK), Supriya Sule (NCP), and Shrikant Shinde (Shiv Sena). This initiative followed a terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, resulting in 26 deaths, prompting Operation Sindoor on May 7, which targeted terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir, eliminating over 100 terrorists from groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba while urging for Pakistan's inclusion in the FATF's grey list.
