New Delhi, May 30 (H.S.): Central government retirees with at least 10 years of qualifying service under the National Pension Scheme (NPS) can claim additional benefits under the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS). The Ministry of Finance announced that those retiring by March 31, 2025, can apply for UPS benefits by June 30, 2025. The online form for this can be downloaded or filled at www.npscra.nsdl.co.in/ups.php. The scheme also extends to legally married spouses of deceased NPS beneficiaries.
