New Delhi, May 30 (H.S.): Signals of weakness are evident in the global market today. Although U.S. markets closed positively in the last session, Dow Jones futures show a decline. European markets also experienced pressure, closing lower. Asian markets face selling pressure as well. The U.S. saw strong buying, with the S&P 500 gaining 0.40 percent to 5,912.17 points and the Nasdaq up 0.39 percent to 19,175.87 points. In contrast, Dow Jones futures fell by 0.06 percent to 42,189.02 points. European indices also declined: the FTSE dropped 0.11 percent to 8,716.45 points, the CAC fell by 0.11 percent to 7,779.72 points, and the DAX decreased by 0.44 percent to 23,933.23 points.

In Asia, seven out of nine markets are down, with only the GIFT Nifty slightly up by 0.01 percent at 24,939 points. The KOSPI dropped 0.77 percent to 2,699.77 points, the SET Composite was down 0.61 percent at 1,156.96 points, and the Nikkei declined by 1.44 percent to 37,880.96 points. Other indices, including the Hang Seng and Shanghai Composite, also faced losses.
