29 May (HS): Uttar Pradesh's Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta

Nandi on Thursday made a courtesy call on Union Finance and Corporate Affairs

Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at the Finance Ministry located in North Block of

the country's capital New Delhi and sought her guidance. He had a meaningful

discussion on the development of Uttar Pradesh. He also extended hearty

congratulations and best wishes to India on becoming the world's fourth largest

economy, moving towards sustainable development under the guidance of the

country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Minister Nandi said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and

the leadership of the Finance Minister, India is moving towards becoming a 5

trillion dollar economy and the third largest economy in the world. The way

funds are allocated to all sectors in the budget, the result is that every

sector is growing. Minister Nandi said that we also saw the result of

encouraging Make in India by increasing the budget of the defense sector in

Operation Sindoor.

Minister Nandi informed Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman that under

the guidance of the Prime Minister and the leadership of the state's

hard-working Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh is rapidly moving

towards becoming a state with a one trillion dollar economy. Union Finance

Minister Nirmala Sitharaman praised the work of the Uttar Pradesh government

regarding the increasing industrial possibilities in Uttar Pradesh, rapidly built

expressways, construction of airports and development projects.
