Ayodhya,
28 May (HS): In the eight temples of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple complex,
the consecration ceremony will be held simultaneously. For uniformity in time
and worship, all the new temples will be connected to each other through visual
medium (camera and screen). On the eve of this (on June 2), a water urn
procession will be taken out from the Saryu river bank.
On
Wednesday, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust's General Secretary
Champat Rai told reporters that the three-day event will begin on the next day
of Kalash Yatra from Jyeshtha Shukla Ashtami (June 3) and will conclude with
Puja, Bhog, Aarti on Dashami (June 5). The ritual will begin at 6:30 am on all
three days.
The
idols of Shivling at the northeast corner of the rampart, the first worshipped
Shri Ganesh at the southeast corner, Mahabali Hanuman at the middle of the
southern side, the visible god Surya at the southwest corner, Maa Bhagwati at
the northwest corner, and Annapurna Mata at the middle of the northern side are
to be consecrated. Along with this, the idols of Shri Ram Darbar at the first
floor of the main temple and Sheshavatar idol at the southwest corner of the
rampart will be consecrated.
According
to the Trust General Secretary, on June 3 and 4, the worship will start at 6:30
am and will be completed by the same time in the evening. On Jyeshtha Shukla
Ashtami (June 5), the worship will start at 6:30 am and will continue till
11:20 am. Pran Pratishtha will be from 11:25 am. After this, there will be
worship, bhog and aarti. All the programs will be completed by 1 pm. The
special thing is that Pran Pratishtha will be done simultaneously in all the
above temples. Saryu Jal Kalash Yatra will start from the eastern bank of the
old bridge at four o'clock in the second half and will reach Yagyashala via
Veena Chowk, Ram Path, Shringar Haat, Hanuman Garhi, Dashrath Mahal, Ramkot and
Rangmahal Barrier. It is worth mentioning that worship rituals will be done
simultaneously in all the temples and they will be connected with each other
through cameras and screens so that uniformity is maintained in the worship
method.
The
General Secretary of the Tirtha Kshetra said that the Puja Vidhi will be
conducted by Kashi's scholar Jai Prakash. He has participated in the Puja of
5th August 2020 and 22nd January 2024. Along with him, Amarnath of Basti will
also be present and Ritwiks from many other major places will also be present.
The final decision on the date of opening these temples for the devotees is yet
to be taken. It is certain that only a limited number of people will be allowed
to visit the Shri Ram Darbar located on the first floor. Probably only 50
devotees will be issued permission (passes) per hour. The detailed plan is
still under discussion in the trust.
