Bishnupur (Manipur), 27 May (HS): Manipur Police has arrested a woman with heroin while taking action in Nachou Panthong area of Bishnupur district. The arrested woman has been identified as Nazima (42, wife of Mohammad Mahnuddin, resident of Kwakta Ward No. 6, District Bishnupur).

Police have recovered suspected heroin powder filled in 13 soap boxes, total weight about 152 grams (including plastic pouch, weight of soap box separately), two mobile handsets and an Aadhar card from the accused.

Police have registered a case and started further investigation.---------------
