Guwahati, 26 May (HS): A joint team of Special Operation Group (AOG) of Guwahati Police and Bharalumukh Police Station has arrested a drug peddler. The arrested accused has been identified as Laishn Badshah (21), a resident of Chhaygaon.

Police have seized 10 vials of heroin from his possession, weighing a total of 20.64 grams. Legal action has been initiated against the accused under the Narcotics Act.

Police are further investigating the case.
