QCI pledges to promote quality-led development in Nagaland


New Delhi, February 27 (HS): Quality Council of India (QCI) in collaboration with the Government of Nagaland organized Quality Pledge Nagaland at Hotel Vivor in Kohima, the capital. QCI took the Quality Pledge in Nagaland to promote quality-led development in the state. The initiative aims to support the state's efforts in promoting quality-led development in key sectors.

Temjen Imna Along, Minister of Tourism and Higher Education, Government of Nagaland, in his keynote address said that the people of Nagaland can act as a symbol of quality for the nation. The pursuit of excellence and quality is at the heart of our progress and Nagaland is committed to be a partner in this journey. The aspirations of our common people define the quality of Nagaland and they are the true brand ambassadors of our state.

Emphasizing the role of Quality Resolution in empowering states through quality-driven reforms, QCI Chairman Jaxay Shah said that Nagaland is a state that values ​​sustainability, entrepreneurship and excellence and because of these qualities, it is a role model not only for India but for the world. At Quality Council of India, we strongly believe that developed India is not possible without developed Nagaland. He said that QCI will extend its support and cooperation to ensure that the unique identity and potential of Nagaland is enhanced through quality-driven initiatives.

Quality Resolution Nagaland is a key initiative in supporting and enhancing the state's efforts to strengthen quality standards across all sectors. In line with the Developed India 2047 vision, it has strengthened Nagaland's journey towards a high-quality, sustainable and globally competitive future. The one-day event served as a dynamic platform bringing together senior government officials, industry leaders, policy makers and experts to engage in meaningful discussions and forge partnerships aimed at enhancing quality standards in healthcare, education and skills, industry and MSMEs and tourism.
