Ranchi, 24 February (HS): The budget session of the Jharkhand Assembly has started from Monday. On the first day, Governor Santosh Gangwar's address was held. In which he described the achievements of the state government. During this, protest was expressed by the BJP.

Senior BJP MLA CP Singh said that the governor is being made to lie. The things being said are untrue. After this, the BJP MLAs opposed the things said during the address.

The budget session of the Jharkhand Assembly will run till March 27. In this session, the government will present the budget for the financial year 2025-26 along with discussing various important issues.
