New Delhi, 21 February (HS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first edition of the two-day SOUL Leadership Conclave at Bharat Mandapam here today. On this occasion, he said that There are some events which are very close to the heart and today's program is also like that. Development of better citizens is necessary for nation building.
